Hrid Lake: good to know

• The trail to the lake starts in Babino Polje, about 10–15 km from Plav on an asphalt road.
• From Babino Polje it is about 1.5–2 hours on foot to the lake on a forest trail.
• A gravel road continues about 3.7 km to Bajrović katun, from where the walk to the lake is shorter. Ask us if you want to start there.
• The lake is also a stage of the Peaks of the Balkans trail between Babino Polje and Plav.
