This policy explains what personal data Transferio collects when you use transferio.me, request a transfer or contact us, and how we use it.
Who we are
Transferio, Gusinje 84326, Montenegro.
Transferio organises transfers: we take your request, plan the route and arrange the trip. The transport itself is carried out by independent, licensed transport operators and drivers we work with. Transferio is responsible for the personal data you send us; the operator who carries out your transfer is responsible for the data it receives from us to do so.

What we collect and why
- Transfer booking requests: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, number of passengers and any notes you add. We use this only to confirm availability, price and pickup details and to arrange your transfer with the operator who carries it out.
- Shared transfer requests: the same contact details plus route, date, passengers, luggage and pickup details, so we can group travellers on the same route and tell you when a shared transfer is confirmed.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email: when you contact us directly, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to arrange and complete your trip.
- Website statistics: with your consent, Google Analytics measures anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country). Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request and arranging the transfer you asked for (booking data), and your consent (statistics cookies).
Who receives the data
- The licensed transport operator and driver who carry out your transfer receive only the details needed for it (name, phone, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off place and time, and any notes relevant to the trip).
- Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) stores the website and sends booking emails.
- Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept statistics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking and shared transfer requests are kept for up to 2 years after the trip, unless a longer period is required by accounting law. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
Cancellations
Last-minute cancellations are not possible. Because each transfer is arranged in advance with a licensed operator, cancellations must be made at least 8–12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, depending on the route. Please send cancellations by WhatsApp, phone or email to info@transferio.me.
Cookies
Essential browser storage is used to remember your cookie choice and to make the booking forms work. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@transferio.me. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Montenegro (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama) or in your EU country of residence.
